The main purpose this procedure is to ensure that proper considerations are performed and those financial guidelines are followed.  After the processing of purchase order, once the inventory added to the environment, a Master Inventory record is created to describe the newly added equipment and its components. While planning for an upgrade / replacement or reduction in size, these Inventory records could be used to calculate the depreciation and resale value of current equipment. 
    • Redeployment: - The procedures for redeployment are ensuring the tracking of assets or inventory on transition.
